General Questions
In many cases quotes can be quick and simple, completed over the phone. However, depending on the services required, we may want to visit the property in order to offer a more accurate and tailored quote.
Our quotes are typically based on the services required, removing the paid time element. However, for regular visits we may quote on a time basis, in this instance you will only be charged for the time we are on the premises.
In many cases we aim to offer a quote over the phone, reducing the need for a pre-clean visit. However, there are a number of circumstances that will require us to visit to offer a comprehensive quote. This includes many commercial services and extreme cleans.
We arrive with our own cleaning supplies, ensuring that we have the right tools for the job every time. This removes the need for you to worry about when you need to stock up.
We aim to leave all clients 100% satisfied with the completed cleaning. However if this is not the case, please contact the team as possible and we will endeavour to rectify any issue as soon as possible.
Cleaning Questions
This will greatly depend on the service that you require.
For Domestic Cleaning, we typically include all dusting, hoovering, thorough clean of kitchen and bathrooms, including flooring.
For Commercial Cleaning, this can vary depending on the type of property. However, will typically include cleaning of bathroom and kitchen facilities, desks (if required) hoovering/cleaning of office floors (please note that some commercial flooring requires specialist cleaning, please discuss this with us).

We provide all the supplies we require to complete a full clean. This helps us to ensure that everything we require is ready and at hand. It also takes the worry from you of having to keep on top of supplies.

If you require another type of cleaning or would like to discuss your requirements, please contact us directly.
For most services and clients we will only send one cleaner. We aim to ensure that this is the same cleaner each time for continuity, however, we will inform you if this is to change due to holidays and sickness.
For extreme cleans and move-in move-out cleans we may look at sending more cleaners depending on the scale of the clean. We will discuss this with you when we discuss your quote.
We would want to ensure anyone entering our property or business is vetted beforehand. So we ensure that our cleaners are too.
